Create your baby as you would normally in the ‘Adult’ section:

– give her a fancy hairstyle
– pick her eye color
– change her freckles
– give her a tattoo

Then copy everything from the Adult section to Child section.

Go to the Child section.

Find [Default Scales] which currently says 100 / 100.

Change it to 70 / 75

Staying in the child section.

Go to the hairstyle and change all the ball sizes to Zero:
